Celsius债权人称与Nova Wulf的拟议交易是“最佳”选择:3月2日消息，根据一份新的法庭文件，Celsius破产案中的无担保债权人官方委员会表示，拟议出售给数字资产投资公司NovaWulf是“最佳”选择。该文件称：“虽然委员会将考虑所有选项，直到计划得到确认并生效，但委员会还认为，与NovaWulf进行交易是目前最好的、可行的替代方案。”法庭文件称，Celsius收到了9份收购要约和40份意向书。

根据拟议的交易，较小的债权人将收回70%的资金，而较大的债权人将获得由NovaWulf管理的新实体的代币化股份。新所有者计划向该业务注资4500万至5500万美元，并增加私人财富和贸易融资等新部门。
